NCC plans to expand operations to 100 ginning units over the next 5 years in 5 major  cotton growing states of India.   

Every Ginning unit has modern latest Ginning machinery with online controls upto baling and with minimal human intervention. From the cottonseed stock yard the cotton is transported automatically to the Gins and the Ginned cotton is transported to the automated bale press and the bales are fully cloth covered and sealed with plastic strips. Contamination free cotton is produced in NCC plants and automated online controls in the process ensure production of bales with uniform quality.
