The main objective of the NCC COTTON TEST FACILITY is to carry out quality tests on cotton samples using:

USTER ® HVI 1000 equipment knowing the exact lint quality parameters like - Length, Strength, Uniformity, Elongation, Micronaire, Color and Trash of every bale is of utmost importance when marketing and purchasing cotton. Classing organizations use USTER HVI making it the "Common language" for cotton quality in the textile industry worl-wide.


       Advantages of USTER 1000 HVI Instrument

•         The results are practically independent of the operator.
•         The results are based on large volume sample and are therefore more significant.
•         The respective fibre data are immediately available.
•         The data are clearly arranged in summarized reports.
•         They make possible the best utilization of raw material data.
•         Problems as a result of fibre material can be predicted and corrective measures         instituted before such problems can occur.
  
  
  The NCC Cotton testing facility is at present widely utilised by both government & private organisations.
  
  
• Samples are received for tests during working hours between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Samples are tested and reports issued generally in the order in which they are received.
• All fees for tests must be paid in advance while submitting the samples. The amount should be paid either in Cash or Cheque (atpar) / DD drawn in favour of NSL COTTON CORPORATION PVT.LTD.
• The balance material after testing will not be returned.
• The samples for tests must have the necessary identification number/mark/label. All relevant details of the samples may be furnished in the forwarding letter.
• Priority test facility is available against payment of an additional test fee of 25% over and above the normal fee.
